We have an iPhone 13 Pro that is using physical SIM as the secondary line (primary line is eSIM). The secondary line is having occasional issues with receiving calls and texts, where the a voicemail shows up but the call never rang the phone, or SMS messages never show up. We don’t think it is a connection issue (CellSpot in the home) as the primary line is fine, and the secondary does occasionally work fine. Any ideas on what could be causing this to just the secondary line?
