Full bar but data not working

I have full bars of service but data does not work. It hasn’t worked for 2-3 weeks. It used to work but suddenly stopped working. It doesn’t work anywhere I go. I can search on safari, call and text but when I click a link it says “Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server”. I also can’t use apps. I’ve tried resetting network settings, restarting phone and getting a new SIM card. How do I fix this?

which phone? and if you are connected to 5G have you attempted to go into your settings and change it to 4G instead to see if you regain data?


I have an iphone 12 and yes I have tried that
