Help..rsrp and sinr keep telling me poor. Everthing else is good. Don't know alot about this stuff but have had 4 months and worked half that time. When works great but not happy. Call support always working on towers. Thanks for any help Rbt house.
I'd recommend using the location tool to help show where the nearest tower is. Then, you'll need to go to probably the highest point and window facing the tower. Once you've done that you may want to try rotating the device… service can go from very good weak depending on location and rotation.
