Cell service is terrible. Can only hear about ½ of others at most. Lots of fun when trying to hear what is going on with loved one’s cancer plan. I can’t figure out what the issue is. Our internet was down today also, thank to Comcast. I rebooted phone, turned off BT, WiFi calling, nothing helps. What’s the problem, T-Mobile?

I haven’t heard of any outages in that area, but since rebooting hasn’t fixed it, a Service Complaint may need to be filed for your address so engineers can get involved in getting this resolved.
