my hometown for billing purposes is in KY but I spend 3 months in the south during the winter. currently I can watch my hometown local tv stations on Sony tv but can not see the local stations. How do I change this to the local stations where I’m currently at?

It's based on location and IP address. You would need a good VPN to do so.
