Since switching to Tmobile for our home internet I have been losing the connection from the cell tower to my Gateway device. Spotty connection is not what I signed up for. It's getting more and more frustrating  by the day. I called the support line and was told they were working on maintenance of the tower. It sounded like scheduled maintenance. Too bad customers were not notified in advance. 

 

But that doesn't explain the intermittent loss of signal to our gateway device everyday.
