In the Addison area, I'm having trouble connecting to my home internet. It keeps kicking me off every time I try to connect. At this point, I am frustrated because I work out of the house and I am experiencing issues with my internet and mobile phone. To my knowledge, customer service is working on it, but I do not know how long it will take. No timeline has been given to me regarding the restoration of everything.
