It is day number 5 of not having communication between the T-Mobile Gateway and the T-Mobile tower. I have replaced the gateway three times. I have spent countless hours on the phone with T-mobile, and driven across town, and to the T-Mobile stores multiple times to exchange gateways.
I am told there is not a resolution in sight, and my connection is still not resolved.
It is beyond comprehension that T-Mobile operates like this.
I am in a major metropolitan area, Columbus Ohio. Are all your other customers without service as well?
I cut the cable with Breezeline after many years because of their disappointing service to go with T-Mobile for internet.
This experience with T-Mobile is so bad, it has me considering going back to Breezeline!
I'm very frustrated and getting to the end of my rope!
