No Signal , Network and Service

For the past 3 months i have been experiencing issues with the network, I have a grandfathered plan and it seems as Tmobile has been toggling my service signal since the opt out frenzy. I have call multiple times to Customer Service with no success, First they stated a Tower in the chicagoland area was being fixed, then they switched my SIM from physical to e-sim, then back to physical. the service toggles from no service/ to 5g full bars, then back to 3g then to LTE and so on. TMOBILE has really become one of the worse companies. I have been with the for more than 8yrs. TMIBILE please fix your behavior,

is the problem location based? as in does this only happen at home? work? does it improve once you leave the area or does the problem follow no matter where you go? absolutely positive there is zero chance it could be your phone causing this?

 

so are they the worst company because they have been nothing but issues for the last 8 years you have been with them?
