My Wi-fi is working but neither my iPad nor iPhone will pick up/connect to it and clearly data isn’t working because I cant access any (no Google, YouTube, Spotify, Bank, Apple Store etc.) Is there a tower down or something? I also call TMobile customer service and keep getting cut off or told to call back later.

I don’t see any outages within that zip code. We do not want you to post your address here, but we’d be able to tell if we could look up exactly where you are. I’d start with our Signal issues / no service troubleshooting page for some steps you can try on your own, then message our T-Force team on Twitter using the @TMobileHelp handle. They’ll be able to give you more help if needed.
