My Samsung A52 phone updated a few days ago. Ever since then, all calls go straight to voicemail. When a call tries to come through the cell strength bars at the top of the screen change to the Do Not Disturb symbol. I’ve done a full factory reset and I still have this problem.
I’m also having trouble sending text messages. The only way I can get them to go through is to turn my phone on Airplane mode, and then toggle it back off.
