If you have a physical Sim card the puk code is on the credit card shape card.
If it's an esim you will need to contact Tmobile support to get the code.
My we inquire did your phone come to you this way or were you attempting to change sims?
That fail popped up when creating the e-sim. Neither t-mobile nor Samsung gave an answer. I had to return the device and consequently lost the deal I had been granted for buying it on the release day. A lot of BS with this purchase. -10.
