Hello, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with the same sim I got when I purchased the phone originally at T-Mobile. Recently the phone has randomly stopped recognizing my SIM card at time and will provide the pop up of no sim detected and I will have no cellular service. So far shutting the phone down for a few minutes remedies the problem and it boots up with data again. But I would like to know if this is a problem others have seen and how I could permanently stop it from happening.
esim or physical sim? if its a physical sim it could be the sim card itself or even the tray/connection internally. take it into a store and start with trying a different sim card. or if you have another active TMO phone around you try swapping sim cards. if the problem still happens then its the tray or the connection. if the problem goes away then its the sim card itself.
