I've been trying to get support forb2 days with this slow internet, I just moved and thought I'd try tmobile, yet I had spectrum which I'm realizing now is superb compared to this junk. I had Dianne read my comments for 10 minutes From tmobile support but she's or he is just like the rest of the lazy bums. It's sad small companies aren't trying to do anything for customers anymore, I just want to cancel now.
