What GPS accuracy should I expect. I have autism and expected this device to be accurate within 10 or 20 feet, but it is inaccurate by over 200 feet, so that does not help in a crowd.

I just got rid of mine. It never was an accurate location but more in the vicinity.
Mine seems to be off - regularly - by a couple of dozen miles. It shows my daughter’s watch about 50 miles from where she is (confirmed). That is pretty poor.
There is no improvement for when I turn on the live tracker.
