TERRIBLE service

Since August we have had horrible service on ALL 6 of our devices. I have called repeatedly and get the same spiel just different dates each time. In August I was told our service should be considerably better with in the week. A little longer then a week later it was normal, not better. September same, October same, November it was normal for a longer period, but DECEMBER… unless we are on WiFi we have no service. I called again, got $30 worth of hush money and was told we’d see a huge change by Jan . 2….welp it’s Jan. 5th and yet again we are not seeing any change. We will be finding a new provider ASAP. T- Mobile you have failed, our family will no longer pay for a service we do not receive.
