Tower keeps dropping - all lines and devices impacted

The tower that serves my home keeps going down. This is a reoccurring issue every few months. The current episode is at 5 days now! How can a major carrier allow this to continue!? What gives and why is it taking so long to address?

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you may want to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to have them check on this issue the also are a higher tier of support.

I can’t even get Tech Support to answer the phone. The company seems to be declining IMO.
