I am spending one month in Colombia and want to make sure I have the best plan with T-Mobile.
I currently have the One Plan.
Does the One Plan include Unlimited Calling and Messages to and from my phone while in Colombia without additional fees? Does it provide internet service without additional fees? Do I need to use wifi calling?
If not, which plan would be better for me?

T-Mobile One plans have free but slow data, free texts but phone calls are 25¢/min. WiFi calls between Columbia and the US are free. WiFi calls made to countries other than the USA are at your international rate for that country. You should be able to use the free data for VoIP calls (e.g. Skype, Duo, Viber) Check the international roaming checklist.
Some people might upgrade to a higher level plan or buy a Data Pass. That’s up to you. I don’t think I would.
