Is there an on going outage or degradation of voice service in NJ (Central). I called yesterday using my friends ATT service to report it since ALL of my calls are choppy at best. Same with my partner who has tmobile as well. I was told there was “Modernization” going in in my area but still having issues today.

Modernization and tower maintenance/upgrades can impact service. T-Mobile usually tries to do these things when it will impact people the least. I just gave my friend in Hackettstown a call and she wasn’t experiencing any issues with voice or texts that she has noticed.
