for access on any and everything online, platforms ect.. why does this 15 pro max NEED wifi? Coming from 14 pro max no real issues.. it is awful and i am tired of contacting support for this issue. it never really helps? what do i have to do to get relief, who has time to constantly stop and call outsource land? its very sad!!
Does it not work on “any” Wi-Fi network, or just one in particular? If it’s “any,” then you should get support from Apple. If it is a hardware problem, the phone is less than one year old, so your Apple warranty should cover it. If you have trouble with a particular network, then perhaps there is something about that network that could be improved.

I so I contacted T-Mobile and they said where I live a tower is having an issue. They said it should be cleared up by next week sometime so I’m just gonna wait this one out to see thank you for your advice!
