How do I set up calling using my home wifi?

usually there is a quick option when you pull the top of the screen down twice..you might have to go into your settings to set it up though initially. on my LG V60 the wifi calling option is under Network and Internet.

it’ll be phone dependent though..was it a TMO purchased phone? how old is it?
