I have a SynchroBit hotspot connected via ethernet cable to my gateway. It is now stuck in relay mode after working fine for 5 days or so. I need to have port forwarding available but have not been successful as of yet. Have not been able to find any help online and TMobil support says it is not available on their gateway. Im not sure if adding another wireless router would solve my problem or not. The Geek Squad at Best Buy said no……! Hoping for some tech savvy help on this….TIA
