My phone has been stolen last week and I decided to switch carriers. Upon doing this, T-Mobile wants to verify ID through phone number or Bio, which requires old phone that was stolen. I don’t have access to transportation to get to another phone or anyone near with a phone to call 800 number. How can I get transfer port PIN? Is there not a Chat service available with T-Mobile customer service?
