It has been a week since i requested that my samsung s23 be unlocked.  6 phone calls with t-mobile reps and phone is still locked.  The reps are incompetent and do not know what is going on.  My phone is completely paid off and feel that it is being held hostage by t mobile.  It is way beyond contractual agreement to unlock phone what can i do?

Tmobile now automatically unlocks phones once the requirements are met. The last 2 Pixel phones I bought from them were unlocked and I never requested the unlock.

Depending on whether you are prepaid or postpaid, the requirements are different but there is more to just having your device paid off for conditions that have to be met before you qualify for T-Mobile to SIM unlock your device.

Have you tried using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or Twitter.
