On the T-Mobile home Internet is there anyway to choose whether the device will connect the 5G or the 2.4 G?

Make sure the 5GHz and 2.4GHz networks you are using are named differently. Then connect your devices through WiFi to the network you want. One mistake I made was to use the WPA3 only password encryption, thinking stronger is better. Not true with a home WiFi system. Many of my devices can’t recognize the WPA3.
