Bought a T Mobile 5G Hotspot from t Mobile. It didn’t connect with internet so I went and replaced it. The replacement didn’t work either and I cancelled the line with T Mobile online. Was told to bring the hardware to nearby store just to be told that they would not take it. So, had to walk out and throw away $220 of junk T Mobile sold.
Still need hotspot solution, so the question is if T Mobile is not the right company for mobile hotspot solution and best to find other providers?
