I need to change/update my admin password. Was told to try and reinstall tower and use admin password on back of tower. I have bought a new mobile device and can’t remember the original admin password. And without the password I’m not able to set up the T-Mobile app on my new device. Any help would b greatly appreciated.

Your question is a bit confusing since I'm not sure whether you're talking about your T-Mobile gateway or a router that you've attached to it.
Regardless of the router T-Mobile supplied you, there is a “Reset” button that will return it to it's factory settings. If you have an Arcadyan KVD21 5G gateway, which is the current gateway that T-Mobile is supplying, here is a link on how to reset it back to factory settings. Good luck!
