devices on my network

I have a Model FAST 5688W device. A number of devices, phones, computers, TVs, tablets are on my network and work fine. But when I look for devices on the TMobile Internet app, it shows no devices. How can I see a list of devices on my network?

That part of the Internet app doesn’t work well.  Try the T Life app.   Me > T-Mobile Internet > Devices

Thank you so much. I downloaded the T Life app. It asks for a password. When I originally received my gateway, I used my own network name and password. Do I need to use those on the device to be able to log in? If not, where do I reset the password.

The T Life app uses your T-Mobile ID.  That should be the same as how you logged in here.
