I have been in my 14 day free trial for a week now.
I have not seen any issues at all with the connectivity to the tower.
I have added an eero 6+ two node mesh system. (main node hardwired to the gateway)
It was a bit confusing to setup (completely my fault)
I thought I would turn off the wireless SSID on the TM gateway by using the android app “hint”.
After that I could not setup the eero device.
I’m not sure if I needed to but I then did a factory reset of the TM gateway, went completely through the initial setup on the TM gateway, then was able to add my eero devices.
I currently have two seperate WIFI SSID (one on the gateway, and one on the eero)
Everything is currently connected to one of my eero nodes SSID.
All of this is to ask:
At this point can I just leave the gateway SSID? or should I go back into the “Hint” app and disable the wireless on the TM gateway?
Is there anything wrong with having two seperate wifi networks?
Would I loose any speed or connectivity by having two SSIDs?
