This needs to be fixed streaming services don’t work and the gambling sites require location verification to allow bets to be placed. My IP shows that I am in Colorado, Illinois or Georgia but I am physically in Kansas. If I connect my computer to my phones hotspot then all this goes away. Makes me want to run my whole home a few phones. This is enough to make me leave T-Mobile. I have been a customer for over 20 years from the voice stream days.
T-Mobile has stated that I “should” be able to get a static IP if I convert to a business account. I might do this is there is no added costs. Static IP is standard on Cable and fiber providers, so this is very disappointing.
