I am a new home internet user on 20 acres in S GA. I normally get decent signal from 1 tower. When it has issues though I am down. I cannot keep the service if I cannot fix. I am willing to install a 30’ tower but I need some way to connect antenna to a modem. Current I have the black box mounted 18’ up on side of home in a NEMA enclosure. Not good enough. How can I get a new modem and keep TMOBILE? - G4AR

@MiRod I use a 4x4 antenna mounted in my rafters, which works great. You will be pleased with the results. I think (??) you will need to ask TM customer service for one, and the request will be based on your logistics and topology. If you can express the “need” for the G4AR, they will probably work with you. Otherwise, others on the TM forum have stated they receive what TM sends them. I have the last Sagemcom model, opened it up, and added the antenna leads myself. That is always an option.
