I have a Kami Doorbell camera that WILL NOT connect to my new tmobile home internet.  I have already set up a seperate 2.4GHZ connection for it and still nothing--anyone else been able to connect?

@sdrake91 You might want to make sure the security setting on the separate 2.4Ghz SSID is set to WPA/WPA2. Many IoT devices have low security bars that make it difficult to connect.

Let us know if this works for you.

It is set like that.  Unfortunately it still won't connect.  Any other suggestions??

Hi there @sdrake91 Have you been able to get your doorbell connected? It is helpful to know if you are getting a specific error message when you try to connect or if your doorbell set up does not see the network at all. We have some great T-Mobile 5G Home Internet troubleshooting resources. If you try the Can't connect to Wi-Fi steps and still can’t get it connected, we would love to know a little more about what you have tried already so we can provide more suggestions.

No I didn't.  I gave up and bought a ring doorbell and it hooked up perfectly
