Is the USB port active on this device? Or even usable?
On the whole, it appears the gateway is useless with everything hard coded (unable to change) on it.
It is best to use the Ethernet connection on it to connect to any existing home router in order to restore the functionality of any existing network router (Netgear, et. al.)
You will need to utilize teamviewer or any other remote control software to gain access to your network again.
