I have a Tmobile router obviously with wifi but my laptop cannot see or recognize the tmobile wifi? WHY?
Tmobile accepts my conditions.
T-mobile accepts my terms and conditions by receiving payment. If T-mobile does not agree to my terms and conditions stop accepting payment, which is also a breach of contract.

If everything else sees it but your laptop doesn't then that's outside the scope of the agreement between both parties. Its something your laptop manufacturer and you need to figure out.
