Epic games is seeing lots of high ping and disconnect on their end regardin to my internet. Main issue right now is that I am not able to connect to Fortnite server from Epic Games.

I am pretty sure you are having issues with blocked ports. T-Mobile’s home internet solution is not very game friendly. You might have to try a workaround with a VPN solution possibly. My guess is you can probably find others on reddit threads that have discussed the same behavior.
