Hi! I'm trying to disconnect or schedule devices through tmobile 5G home app but no luck. It gives a pop-up window 'unable to update device at this time ". I installed/uninstalled app, used other devices connected to the same router but no luck.

Having the same issue anyone have a resolution? 

 

Same here.  No fix that I can find.

Having same issue.  Tmobile told me to force stop my app and try again.  Same issue.

The T-Mobile Internet app is not very good. 

You can use the T Life app.  It’s a bit of a pain to use, but some parts work better, including the Devices section.

Tap bottom tab Connect > scroll down to Things > Tap 5G Gateway (mine always says it’s not connected, but it is) > key in your admin password (this is NOT the password to your network) > tap Devices at top > tap the device > tap Set schedule > Set the times when you want the device to be disconnected from your network > Submit to save.
