i can’t connect my Insignia FireTV (not cube or fire stick) to the my Gateway. If I use a wireless WIFI connection I get a “Not within range” message even though the gateway is 5 feet away. When I try using a USB cable connection, the TV doesn’t connect. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Make sure the gateway connection allows connectivity to the Fire TV.
