Windows laptop is unable to find wifi network but other devices can

I have Windows Dell Inspiron 15 5548 Laptop which is unable to find the wifi network. I have Sagecom 5688W router which is configured with two separate 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz networks. I am able to connect all other devices properly but facing issue with this Laptop. I have updated all the network drivers as well. I am left with no option than to ask here.

Try editing your 5ghz band settings and lower the security setting to WPA2 (lowest I think). You laptop firmware and drivers may not accommodate newer high-level security settings.

Tried changing all the security levels but still didn’t work

Well, you have tried the obvious fixes - updating drivers and changing security settings. Try a reboot of both the laptop and the gateway.

Did you try 2.4 GHz and WPA/WPA2?

Hi @vedantkumar.007 I know it has been a while since you made this post, but I wanted to check in to see if you were able to get connected. We would love to hear how your situation played out and what you did exactly to get your laptop linked to your wifi.
