I discovered this issue about 6 months ago. Accidentally, I unplugged the black T-Mobile wireless internet, and my pc booted within 7 seconds. Then, I powered the T-Mobile box back, and it was when I realized that something is happening. It took about 3-5 minutes to fully boot, and I experimented several times to see if I discovered the issue. So far, no luck. Anybody facing the same issue. I repeat, it only slows when I am connected to the T-Mobile WiFi.
