Colleagues at T-Mobile,

I received an unusual bill these months ($585.49) for August and September. The reason the b was high, according to one of T-Mobile service women I exchanged with over the phone is because one of my family members called South Africa on July 14. I asked my family members about that and none agreed to have done that. Now asking you, please send me the T-Mobile cell phone number used to call South Africa and the number in South Africa that received the call from us.

This is basically a user to user forum with some tmobile moderation that don't have account access so you need to contact Tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms to see if they can help you or by calling them.

Also you may want to edit your post to remove your personal information like name and phone number so you don't get spam calls and text.
