I have a moto G Play 2021 phone, am currently traveling in Spain and Portugal. I have the Magenta 55+ plan. My phone works fine on wi-fi, but won’t connect to local networks. I have data roaming turned on. Ideas?
Problem #2. I went ahead and purchased a local sim card while I tried to sort this out. My sim card drawer is apparently jammed and won’t open, so I can’t insert it. No one in several phone stores has been able to get the drawer to open. Ideas? If I take the back of the phone off, can I can force the drawer open -- carefully?
