I am travelling out of the USA and installed a local SIM using a local service provider. I have already disabled my T Mobile E-Sim before installing this local SIM. My bill amount has increased substantially. ON checking I find that T-Mobile has billed me for calls made with the local SIM.
Is there a way to chat with customer service

It isn't possible for T-Mobile to bill you for calls not made on a T-Mobile number.
