I added an international data pass whle in India, and it was working fine for about a week. Now, i am in a new city and it is not working. I have tried rebooting the phone a couple of times, but did not solve the problem.

Have you used up all of the 15GB? Roaming in India is very hit and miss. You might be in an area where there is no roaming partner.
Thanks, no I have not used up the 15gb. Mumbai and Ahmedabad were fine, but Pune is very spotty. Maybe it is as you say, no roaming partner.
possibly no roaming partner or that areas roaming is severely lacking.

Roaming in India is plagued with issues. It may be that you’ve got all the roaming data speed available for that roaming partner. Remember that a data pass also provides free calling.
