Prepaid sim run out of fund since January 2023.
Can I reactivate the sim and top it up in the UK?

After 60+ days without an active plan, a prepaid SIM is terminated and the prepaid account closed. T-Mobile USA SIM's does not reactivate SIM's once they are deactivated.
