Using Phone in Europe

Last summer our phone would not connect to the internet in England, Scotland or Ireland. AT&T phones worked great. The phone has always connected during previous European trips. What do I need to do to ensure that it will connect while in the Adriatic countries this summer?

Make sure roaming is enabled in your devices settings for each device roaming.  You will also want to reach out to Customer Care to make sure roaming is enabled on each line that will be traveling.  You can reach Customer Care at 611 or you can reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to make sure roaming is enabled on all of the lines that will be traveling.  One more thing to note is, all devices roaming mist be compatible with the roaming partner's network to be able to connect to roaming services.
