After 2+ years with T-Mobile on Magenta Max 55+, it was time to move on. Overall the experience was a positive one and served me well while waiting for a more reliable home internet option which has now arrived. In general no complaints other than the ill-advised change to autopay discount. It really came down to subpar coverage at home where most of my usage is now. On the road T-Mobile was great, but infortunately I don't live in the median, shoulder or rest area on I-95 and for cell service it came down to best and most reliab le cell coverage (phone and text) at home at the lowest price.
Hi everyone! My name is Keirsten and I’m simply making this post bc I can’t seem to find any other way to express my appreciation and say thank you to t-mobile !! I have recently fell on hard times in my life, and money is hard to come by for me at the moment. It’s not that I don’t have a job and don’t work or whatever, but I am living in a homeless shelter right now. I’m working for people ready and jobs aren’t always steady or long enough to make much money! It’s almost Christmas and I’m scared I’m not going to be able to get my 3 kids much this year.. so I’m just very down and depressed. It’s like I can’t catch a break and I’m just trying everyday to not let this temporary situation beat me! Anyways, I wanted to say THANK YOU to t mobile for working with me on my payments and not just shutting my phone service off, like most every other phone companies do! I appreciate the fact that you all are willing to give me more time, anytime I need it bc I don’t know what I would do otherwise
I would like to do a recommendation to this girl named Maria of your Slidell La location. I have never experienced such great customer service til I visited your store and asked how I could back up my files and have it transferred to my new device. She took time to assist me, explain how its done and talked about your newest promo for the all in, no taxes and fees. I was on a 35 plan, no data and she informed me that I can upgrade my plan to 40 and have data, since I am not much into internet but is starting to like the idea of being able to do so anywhere. I will be upgrading to unlimited data once I feel the need for it. She asked for a referral and I would be very happy to refer your store to my family and friends with this kind of experience. She valued me as a customer and your company is valuable to me having such a great employee like her. Keep up the good work.
Having a username is integral to being able to ask questions and provide answers here on the Community. We want you to have fun and be as creative as you like when creating your username. There are a couple things we want to avoid:Don’t use your phone number or email address as your username - everyone can see it and we don’t want it to put your information at risk. Stay away from using foul language – This is a family friendly zone and we want everyone to be comfortable coming here for all the greatness that is offered. We understand that things happen and usernames need to be changed for whatever reason. That is why I am here to help. If you need (or want) to change your username, you can post in this thread and include what you would like your username to be. I will get it changed and you see the updates automatically. Easy Peasy :D
I have 3 lines and I am being told my bill is gonna be 241 when I done the math and it should be 170-167 why a I being charged so much Not to mention I have 20 off with auto pay if that’s the case will my whole bill be like this or is this a one time thing because 200 is really a lot especially for 3 lines
Ever since June or earlier my voice mail box has been missing. I don’t mean deactivated or inactive, the voicemail box just doesn’t exist anymore. It worked fine for 6+ years but ever since T-Mobile and Sprint (i think) merged my box is just gone. Calling support and troubleshooting the problem a couple of times did not help. Anyone else have the same problem and have a solution?
I'm not exactly sure all of what goes into the points levels, but @gramps28 has reached the 2,000 point milestone for their contributions to helping T-Mobile customers and forum visitors. Congratulations and keep up the superb Magenta awesomeness, gramps28!
Finally my wife and I both made the jump into buying our first brand new smartphones (before we always had used ones). In 2019 we got a Pixel 3a XL for the wife and then in 2020 I got a Pixel 4a. The plan was to take care of these for at least 3 years and then change them out for something else after they’re worn out or something else becomes a must-have.But we’ve come to the realization that there’s one feature that these phones don’t have and now we see as important… FM Radio. The valley where we live is fed by a single data cable that feeds all internet, all cellular towers and even all home phones across all service providers, not just T-Mobile. And during the past year this data line has been cut twice rendering our town out of communication for several days. Depending on where you’re at in the valley, it’s 60 to 100 miles over treacherous mountain passes (especially in the winter) to the next place where there’s a connection. When that has happened the only way to get any informat

T-Mobile is great! I can’t complain much about the company and service. Except maybe this one small thing. Background:In the past we’ve had outages in our valley that have affected all phones, both home phones and cellular service, as well as all power and internet. Sometimes these outages have lasted for days. So in view of this, I’ve recently decided to become a HAM, also known as a ameteur radio or short wave radio operator. One of the perks to being a HAM is you can send emails via radio (called Winlink). The best way is, of course, to send them through email to text. People are more likely to respond to a text than to an email. The complaint:Now I can send emails via short wave (HF) radio to T-Mobile numbers just fine. But I can’t receive any replies back. The problem seems to be that T-Mobile sends both a picture and a sort of file. Email via short wave radio is quite limited, so I never get the emails.I don’t have this problem with AT&T or Verizon numbers. With those I get a si
I am getting ready to dump a horrible, like the worst, just picture every evil and mean boyfriend in every single Adam Sandler movie that every single female lead didn’t realize was horrible, had been weirdly conditioned to think it was normal to be treated like garbage and didn’t know she deserved better, anyways my question today is about whether or not T-Mobile provides any automatic reply or some thing similar to phone numbers that are blocked on a different carrier… For example, this guy has Verizon and I am really really hoping that when he tries to call me or text me he will get an auto reply that states“the number you have called or texted is no longer receiving messages from… “. I decided to ghost my way out of our relationship and I just really want him to know that I took control of the end of our time together and kind of drastically cut him out of my life and made it so he is no longer allowed to hurt me via telephone. I am sorry, long dramatic night. I just don’t want him
