Observed that both IPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro has very low signals (1-2 signal points).
5G signals - (1-2 points)
Same SIM was placed in Samsung S10e got 5 points/full signal.
Can you please help me to get the full signal on the IPhone 12 Pro and 13 Pro.
Same issue, seems to be an Apple problem, but can’t get it tied down at all. Very frustrating for a new expensive phone.
Do both phones produce similar data rates? The bar display is completely arbitrary.
came across another poster pointing out that there were issues with the 14.5 updates that affected the 12 and 13s with how they handle data..not sure if this is still an ongoing issue with it or not..what update are yall on now?
I believe that is T-Mobile problem. I change another carrier’s SIM card in my iphone 13 pro and used it for more than 2 weeks with 0 problems. But the low signal problem appears after I change it back.
