Tmobile Network

What is going on with the network? I am unable to do anything text, call, web. My 4g or 5g signal sign is not populating.  I have restarted it, ensured it is in airplane mode, verified the network is on auto and the phone bill has not been late and is paid.

Have you tried removing your SIM, cleaning the gold contacts, and putting it back in your device?  If your account is a prepaid account.  Funds can take a few days to be applied and reflected on your account.
