What do you mean by, disabled? Did you block it in the Gateway’s settings? If you remember what you did to disable it. The instructions should be fairly similar to enable it.
So, I was having the same issue where I had disabled a few devices on my internet and going back trying to re-enable them it would not work I had to do a hard reboot on the router itself and that worked.
Do a hard reset with a paperclip. Press in and watch the front. Keep it pushed in as it counts down tell you to release and it will reset to factory settings.
