Just joined T-Mobile Home Internet and received the new, I’m told, Arcadyan gateway. Everything else is connecting and playing nice, but my Reolink camera will not connect. Seems like there is no way to get at modem/router controls, and tech support evidently knows less than I do, which ain’t so very much. Any advice, and where might I get a list of compatible security devices/systems? Thanks.

Until T-mobile gives your gateway more options, about the only thing you could try is to take your gateway out of WiFi6 protocol by separating the 2.4GHz and 5Ghz networks.
